Come join us in our 29 ft. Marinette to fish the waters of Lake Michigan. Experience
not needed, our captains will teach you how to fight and land the fish.Here you will
catch Coho, Chinook, Trout, and Perch.
For the Salmon Run (Coho, Chinook and Trout) you will start out with Captain Bill
and Brad at our dock. Then head out on the lake where you will be trolling for fish.
Just sit back, relax and enjoy yourself in our cabin. You can look out our sliding
glass doors and know when you hook a fish. (Sometimes you can even see the fish
jumping out of the water!) That's when the fun begins.
The rod bends, you feel the pull and all you can do is keep a tight line and watch
until he is ready to be reeled in. Just when you think you are ready to net the fish,
you hear the line screech and watch the line race back into the water. Then the
rod bends and it starts all over. After the second and maybe even third time of
almost netting the fish, you finally catch it. Some of the fish can weigh up to 25
pounds.
For perch fishing, you anchor up on the lake. Our captains will show you how to bait
your hook and just cast it over the side of the boat. When you feel the perch, you
set the hook and reel up. Some of the Jumbo Perch can reach up to 16" long.
Indiana allows 15 perch per person so bring a crowd, catch some perch, and cook
them up. No Perch dinner can compare to the taste of Lake Michigan Perch.
